Award 15

The British Gymnastics Trampoline Award Scheme is designed to teach a complete beginner (1) through to entry level competition standard (9).  The newer awards up to level 13 include moves up to grade 3 competition level, while 14 and 15 move on towards grades 2 & 1.  There are badges and certificates for each level of achievement.  These can be purchased from the club when your coach has 'passed' each of the moves required for a given level.  The requirements for each award are given below.

Body Preparation

A circuit repeated twice with 30 seconds between each item containing

 10 consecutive V sits
 10 continuous press ups
 30 dorsal raises
 30 twisting crunches
 10 single leg squats each leg

30 seconds heel raises

Routine  (either this one or any other with a minimum tariff of 5.6)
